RAZR V3c

Oct 16, 2006 by best buy

Beautiful screens, Motorola reception. I only wonder why I didn't get this phone sooner. I like the larger size too as it makes it easier to hang on to.

Razr...

Ive noticed that all these problems have been occuring with Verizon. Well I say, VERIZON IS A BUNCH OF CRAP RELIABLE SERVICE MY ***!!! Their phones are cheap, and their service is nothing but games, and hidden costs. When the debts owed (over 900$..) to VZW were paid and it was time to get another phone, I went to cricket. Not much better...but better..

Anyway, I had a small little camera phone, not much but I liked it. It got wet and never died, it was a little messed up, but the battery lasted FOREVER! I liked the phone but It eventualy gave out. So seeing the new ***Razr*** and its name up in prety lights and what not, I decided to buy it (400$ WTF!)

Since this will most likely go on forever I'll just list the things that I thought were a little dissapointing...

CONS
- Battery life seemed like a few hours
- *The tones and settings never stuck*
- I couldnt get blutooth to work for my life
- The menu sometimes dissappeared while choosing camera settings
- Keybad was sometimes unresponisve
PROS
- Takes very good pictures
- You can get REAL tones (and it has alot of good ones already on the phone)
- Lots of different settings

Overall i think the phone is good or bad depending on the carrier.

I Now Have One

I just bought the RAZR V3C about ten days ago. I actually like this phone. I have owned over six different phones and the RAZR is the best one I've ever had. I wouldn't say that it's the greatest phone out there, but it is a pretty nice phone.

The screen is wide, which makes for easy viewing. If though I don't use the camera that much, the images from it are pretty clear. Also, I thought having the ability to record an actually video was pretty nice. The images or pictures that you can upload from your computer to your phone are very crisp. There are a lot of handy tools and options on the phone. Most of the ringers are pretty loud, which I thought was good.

The only thing I've experienced so far which was a minor flaw is that the screen may get stuck for a moment, but that can easily be corrected. All you have to do is turn the phone off and back on and the problem is handled. The battery is not a huge deal to me, though it maybe to some others. I figure since I'm always in a position to charge my phone, I just simply plug it up and talk, whether I'm at home or in a car.

Razr Rocks

Yes, I gave into the "Razr Craze"! I bought the Motorola V3c, (a.k.a. the Razr) about one month ago. With this phone I have been able to get a keep a signal in places that I have never had a signal before. This phone has wonderful volume, with the ear piece and the ringer. The Blue tooth is a lot of fun! It also comes in handy! The screen is big so it enables you to see pictures and other information with ease. My only qualm with the Razr is the text notification. If you have a certain ring tone assigned to a contact every time you receive a text from that contact their ring tone plays. That does get a little frustrating at times, but overall the Razr is a great phone. I would definitely recommend the Razr to all my friends and family!

well...

having worked for cingular... i know what a piece of garbage the v3 is. i have never been fond of the width and length of the razr. i had the moto v265 (ins phone, my lg 5450 finaly died!) and it was so basic it was driving my NUTS!! during my time to upgrade with alltel, i had to make a hard choice. the only high end phones that aren't PDAs alltel currently offers is the razr and the Hollywood. i was not at all impressed with the way the Hollywood looks, and it seems to have all the same features that the v3c carries. so... I've decided to use my 20 days and check this thing out. thus far...

pros:
very thin
easy navigation
pre loaded themes are pretty cool
i ACTUALLY get fantastic signal!!! (I'm 1.5 hours out of my service area and moto has never worked well in my city)
sound clarity is perfect
1 mega pixel camera (the v3 gsm does not have this)
very customizable if you take the time to find out how to change things

cons:
wide and long
cant switch from digital to analog (I'm in some trouble if i get stuck in KY again!!!)
everybody and their dogs personal assistant has one
always scared I'm gonna look at the thin thing wrong and it will snap in half
i cant seem to set a ring tone to any certain group, just person by person.

all and all, i don't really see the hype, i hate the form factor, but it is very functional.

wtf is this crap

This phone sucks! It can't hold crap for memory, has no card upgrade, the gui interface blows compared to the competition and everything takes forever to load compared to the rest of the razrs

RAZR V3c from Verizon Wireless

Aug 12, 2006 by agent18

I am employed in the wireless industry as a Verizon Wireless agent; and I've had the RAZR v3c now for a little while and do not like it at all, it was worth the money to buy a different phone.

PROS:
-Small Design
-Camera w/video
-Great button layout

Cons:
-NO extra memory
-Small outer screen display
-Not durable at all
-LAGGS up when processing multiple things.

This phone is a joke. It's almost like going to buy a motorcycle and looking at Harley Davidson; you are just paying for the name "RAZR." And that is not worth it.
