I do have to give the phone a little credit it does get EXCEPTIONAL service i pick up EVERYWHERE!!!..but on the otherhand it is JUNK...ive had 4 where they cut on got to a white sscreen with 0's on it then reboot and repeat itself...now the one i have when you put it on charge it beeps...while still plugged in goes off charge then back on so it beeps again and it will do it all night if you dont cut it off..AGHHHH! im ordering the moto e815 off motorola.com with the promo code someone gave me on here where you get 40 off so its 150 full retail!!!

Good but not good enough.

I recently bought this phone and I wouldn't say that it's great. The camera works well, I like it. But for some reason, the battery seems to have too much of a short life. I haven't used it to call anyone, only taken a couple pictures and downloaded 3 ringtones. I fully charged it when I first got it before I activated it. Then a few hours later, the battery was low. Last night I downloaded one ringtone and that was all I used it for. Then this afternoon, I went to take it outside to download another ringtone when I came to find that it said "Very low battery". It had a full charge last night when I went to bed. So the battery life for this phone as listed must be kinda deceptive. I hate the way the phone beeps when you go in and out of service areas. I wish there was a way to turn that feature off, but obviously there isn't. Another thing I don't like is when I have no service, the display shows "Searching for service" and doesn't show the wallpaper. Instead it shows the message with an annoying background. Other than that, the phone is pretty decent.

Don't waste your money

Not a very user friendly phone and several features do not work, in particular the distinctive ringing feature. Verizon said it's a problem with that model and the manufacturer is "working on a fix". Junk Phone, I should have known better than to go with something other than motorola or samsung!
