ring tones on the 700p

hey i just got the treo 700 p 😁 . its simply amazing but i was wondering if i can use an mp3 as a ringtone or how i am able to choose a different ringtone then those provided. please someone help me out. thanks!

i myself am still learning but i purchased a program called Ringo Pro that switched my ringtone to an mp3 and my sms tone also...
