the phone online is $69.99 - ($100 NE2) Should make the phone free. When I try and upgrade to this phone it tells me I owe $20. ($120 phone- $50 online discount- and only 50 dollar from my NE2)

I have heard of people using their NE2 discount and it totally forgets about the online discount and takes off the NE2 only.
