Purple Razr
I spoke with a rep today about the Razr. Currently, I have the LG 9800. I was considering the razr b/c my early upgrade date is coming up soon. The rep looked into the system and told me to wait b/c there are other colors, including the silver and pink, that will be coming out soon. She mentioned that she saw something about a Special Edition purple Razr that may be out toward the end of the year. She said only marketing would know the exact details. So, keep an eye out you Razr people!!!! I just may have to get one myself if the LG 9900 doesn't come out first!! 😉

Yes you are correct. The new RAZR v3i with iTunes is coming out in purple, red. and blue. The v3i is exclusive to Cingular and verizon only will have the v3m in silver and gray.

yeah they discontinued pink I thouhgt. Also I hear (from a rep for motorola) that a white razr is in the works.

Just a question...if a verizon rep is who he talked to then why would they be telling him about a cingular phone? They wouldn't. Verizon is coming out with a purple, a burnt orange color, and a maroon razr. v3m not v3i. What do we care what cingular is doing????

Someone reported that their store had rebate forms for the Pink V3m which is a good indicator it will come out. Gray, Silver/Black, and Pink appear to be the choices for Verizon. I just wish they'd have had the flsh UI on it to differentiate it from the V3c. I highly dislike the red interface.
