I bought the phone for $149.00 less a $50 mail in rebate. It is now $69.00, just a week later. Will Verizon give me a credit? If I return the phone, can I then buy it again at the lower price?

yes you can. you shouldnt need to return the phone. simply call customer service or stop by the store where you bought it and the aso there can get it credited.
