Strange Beeping
Hi everyone...
I have searched through the forum and I can not find anything on my problem so I am hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction. I just got my Q yesterday and I bought it from a friend so it didn't come right out of the box. It keeps making a beeping sound that reminds me of the sound a phone makes when the battery is low (but my battery is fully charged). It doesn't seem to do it in any specific pattern either. It isn't right on the hour or anything like that. If anyone has any thoughts I would greatly appreciate it.

Check your "Unread Message Alert" option. Go into:
Settings > More... > More... > Unread Message Alert. Make sure it is set to "0ff". This option will remind you every 15 minutes or so if you have any unread text msgs or emails. I turned mine off because there is one one thing more annoying than getting a msg in the middle of the night, and that is being reminded of it every 15 minute, all night long.
