Motorola Q
Just bought the Q - now have to return it
So I bought the Q last week and I loved the phone, but just my luck, after less than a week, the phone froze on me and it got stuck on the Verizon Wireless logo - couldn't get to the home page. Tried taking out the battery hoping this would re-set it with no luck and eventually called Verizon Wireless tech support who tell me I have to return it and get a new one. Grr. I haven't found any info. about this problem and perhaps it is a one-off but I am wondering, has anyone else had any issues with the phone 'freezing?'

A few people have posted about their phone locking up. Seems as if a new one will be the right move.
