Motorola Q

open applications and folders?

the top of the screen on my Q shows all of the programs and files that I have opened. Are these supposed to always be open or is there a way to quit these programs so that they do not appear on the screen anymore??/Any help would be appreciated.

You must close all progams using task manager in the system tools folder and the icons that show at the top of the screen are actually the recently used programs
