Why not a camera free version?
You know, It would be great for those of us that cannot carry a camera at our workplace to be able to FIND ONE. It really sucks that nobody sells decent phones without cameras. Right now I am stuck with the crappy Smsung I600 with the worst SW EVER.

Actually, the camera on the Q 'aint bad - MUCH better than the v710.

Any defense related job or any lawer cannot have a camera phone in court. There are a lot of places/jobs where you cannot have camera phones.
Plus, Aren't smartphones for Adults? We are not in high school anymore. Why do we need camera phones???

I would have no problem if they removed the camera- doubt I'll use mine.
However, I tried it briefly when I first got the phone - and the quality ain't too bad (for a camera phone) My old v710 was awful for photos.

Yeah, but you have to carry a BlackBerry which is a crappy PDA as well as sub-par phone.
You might want to look at the new Nokia E61/E62. I don't think it has a camera.

Interesting.. who knew... Camera phones are fun and useful but more importantly they drive revenue for VZW. Oh look that's cool let me take a pic and send it to everyone.. blah blah blah.. and since they recently upped their message and pix packages you can kinda figure it out.
