Verizon ROCKS!!
I'm currently in the middle of a 2yr contract (ending in July-07). I called VZW customer service today & talked to them about the Q. After talking with the customer service rep and going over a few scenarios, it seemed like there was NO way I was going to get the Q unless I paid the full retail of $419.99. Through my employer I'm on a corporate discount program, so I thought I'd give VZW's b2b division (Business to Business) a call to see what they can do for me before I spend that much on the phone. At first he told me I'd have to pay retail price, then he told me to hold to see what they can do for me....... Glad you had such a great time with them. I actually was transfered 19 times (actually 19 times) and went through the same manager twice over a four hour period to try to order the phone for full price to get it the next day. Then, I call in today and they show my phone as not shipped because it had to get manager approval for my corporate discount. Turns out that it hasn't shipped yet, but the phone is $50 cheaper. Definitely don't share your sentiments here.
