Shipping times from VZN on the east coast
I plan on ordering the Q as soon as its posted on their website. Does anyone know how long it would take till I see the package via Fedex. Fedex is usually fairly fast, even for ground.

They do a two day Fedex. No Saturday delivery and say they take two to five days to "process" the order. If you ad it up could go either way but you may get it sooner from a store on 5 June.

Thanks for your reply. Seems like VZN is not the most efficiently run business. Things should ship out same day ordered. That would make sense....

Yes there are a lot of businesses that get product out in a day. I'm sure they have that as their disclaimer just to cover themselves in periods of high demand. I'm in the V710 class and have the return by 30 May deadline. I have a receipt for 339.19 and will be purchasing a Razr no contract extension and sending the V710 back with the receipt. I spoke with one of the attorneys for the class and they indicated doing so you would still be in compliance and qualify for the refund. Just one more indignity to suffer one more hoop to jump through.

Be nice if you or a friend had a cheapo vzn phone to use in the mean time (5 days?) My friend is going to lend me an old LG 4400 for the duration until I actually have the Q in my hands.
Its a good idea to look into. Also this way you can change the ESN # online yourself and save the fee they charge, however much that is in the store.

Does buying the phone w/o contract through the v710 exchange still have the impact of resetting your NE2?
I don't see why it would if you didn't renew your contract - but I wouldn't put it past VZW to try to screw you out of that $100.
