Ok, first of all, your caps lock is on. Need to address that issue.

Done? Ok good.

You may put audio files in the phone to be used as ring tones.

start - file manager - application data - sounds

They seem to work from there for me, on the Sprint version. Since it's a Windows device, I'm under the impression that the vzw ones are the same.

well if you want to have mp3s set up as your ring tone all you gotta do is get a memory card and then add music to it then from the file manager and storage device then go to my music or my sounds and then highlight the song you want hit menu, then file, then copy. then you back out of that screen back to the file manager one and then go to application data then scroll to the bottom where it says sounds then click the center navigation button and that should transfer the song you want. then you go back to the start menu, and you go to your settings folder and then the sounds folder and under ringtone all you gotta do is select the one you want as your ringtone then click done.
