I just posted yesterday a/b Best Buy having it for FREE with 2-yr contract. Cingular.com has it for 89.99.

Bestbuy.com doesn't have the phone (if this is what you're referring to)in my area code either, but my nearest store (Cedar Hill, TX)DOES have the phone. So I guess they're only available in stores.

The phone was taken off of cingular.com for a while and was actually never available for an upgrade, but they have put it back up, upgrade and all! 78148 is my zip code. I just ordered one. 89.99 plus tax for the upgrade (Best buy is charging 99.99 plus fees)

I checked at Best Buy and the girl said (granted I'm not confident she really knew what she was talking about)...but she said that they can do the upgrades/migrations at Best Buy for att->cing customers.
And the phone is free with a 2 yr agreement (offer good through Oct. 1...so says the fine print)
So, I'm going saturday to get mine...if anyone gets one through best buy before then...let me know how smoothly it goes.
