Yes. It's a "self portait" mode. Flip the handset open, select camera, close the fold. You then see the lens image in the mini screen on the outside of the handset. Press the side button and take the shot.

Well, it has it but it doesn't work or do anything. Neither Cing nor T-mo has PTT service yet. Cing is supposed to have it launched some time soon. T-mo does not have plans for PTT that I'm aware of.
