Antenna on the wrong side

Nokia couldn't get it together for this first flip phone for Cingular - T-mo. Why is the Antenna on the wrong side? Can you imagine how awkward it'd be to hold that thing, Especially for plp who is used to have the antenna on the other side

Y'all are weird!! It's definitely NOT tough or strange or funny or bazaar to hold the handset!!

Unless you'd rather have the "oh -so comfy" feel of the RAZR with the plastic fantastic feel stuck on you face!

The 6101 is just fine by me! Sheesh!

You guys will see....soon....soon....soon....soon!

i dont think it will make that much of a difference to me i think ill just adjust at least i hope since my last two flip phone havnt had antennas on them...but i figure its just like my car cause the alignment is off the wheel tilts to the left when your driving straight but i dont really notice unless i am thinking about the wheel

Are you serious!!! Who cares what side the antenna is on. I would guarantee nobody will even realize.

Even so, I own the Sharp TM 150 and the antenna is on the same side as this Nokia. Doesn't bother me.

Now, I'm not sure if there's been scientific research done on it, but with the antenna at that location, wouldn't right-handed people who hold the phone over their right ear get better reception since the antenna would be higher than if the antenna were on the other side? Or maybe that's a stupid guess since the alternative location for the antenna is only 2 inches down.

Whatever, in any case, if the antenna bothers you, make it easier for yourself and buy a phone with an internal antenna. Simple.

Whoa! Man, now that's real inside baseball!!

I don't think it matters one bit! It's probably just there b/c it fit nicely into the handset design and didn't interfere with anything!!

Trust me - it doesn't get in the way in the slightest!
