Can I bring it to Cingular/ATT?

I'd love to continue using it on T-Mobile's network...but reception sucks.

I mean even in certain parts of the city (which is a very small college town by the highway where there is supposed to be great coverage) I can get no signal and emergency-only calls.

I'm very disheartened by spending this much money for a phone that I can't seem to use half the time.

I meant the frequency concerns.

Cingular mainly operates on 800Mhz and I know ATT has some 1900Mhz in the area, but I'm not sure how good their system is in my area.

Last time I looked, AT&T Wireless' area looked about the same or slightly smaller than T-Mobile in my area. I'm curious as to people's experiences with AT&T in buildings.
