mute shutter

Does anyone know how to mute the shutter on this phone?

Its in the menu for the camera. Turn on the camera and find the audio tab in the menu. You can choose from several types or turn it off. The older firmware version didn't have this option, I believe.

I must have the older version because it gives me 3 choices, all of which make noise... can I download the new software from somewhere?
