Is there anyway I can unlock this phone so I can use my AT&T sim card.

Indeed. I am a former cingular Ast. mgr, and it was strict policy that they dont unlock for anyone, unless (last i heard) you were out of contract and moving OUT OF COUNTRY.
I also reccomend iUnlock.com
they do good work.

cingular will unlock your phone if you are traveling out of the country... but your phone has to have been active on the cingular network for atleast 90 days and your account has to be in good standing. So for former ATT customers migrating, cingular will NOT unlock the phones before you migrate. 😈

You can also unlock the phone yourself by using a T28 Unlock cable and 1 total multi server credit. This really is the cheapest and easiest way to unlock the phone.
