no... he means 1.1 or 1.2 - 1.2 supports higher bandwidth and thus better sound quality on BT headsets.
If you look at the new BT headsets they talk about 1.2 support.

As far as I know...ther is only V1.1 and V1.2. I've not heard of 2.0 as far as Bluetooth goes, are you thinking of USB 2.0?
