For all you complaining about unreliable sources, cnet has a video of the phone saying that it should be "available at the END OF JANUARY from Cingular Wireless for $399". And this is from the CES show.

This video was posted a while back, and I really dont know of anyone who complained about reliable sources. We all knew of it being released in Janurary. But we were all clinging to the hope that maybe it would be December like Sony Ericsson told people. Now that it didnt come out in December, we all know it's coming out in Janurary. Thanks for the post anyways though, for whatever it was worth 😎
