Nokia vs SE

I am in no way bashing SE..I personally think this will be a dynamite phone, but it's only downfall is that it doesn't have an OS..and if you have the Symbian OS like the 6620 has, you learn it's hard to give that up and get a phone that doesn't have it..kind of like getting a new PC but it won't have Windows on it..see my point??

It will not have any affect on mp3 or the files for mp3, so if that is your main point, you don't need Symbian..

Symbian is the most poplular OS available..it allows you to put many different kinds of programs on your phone (go to www.handango.com and search under the Symbian OS and you will see all the programs that are compatible with it)..as far as MHZ problem, I am not aware of that..that is just the frequency that the phone uses..the 710, which is the U.S. version has the 850 and 1900 band, so if you are with Cingular, that is what you need..if you are with Tmo, they use the 1900, so this phone is compatible with both carriers..the 700 doesn't have the 850 band so would only be compatible with Tmo..

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if this phone is not in Cingular stores until February..I been with Cingular too many years, I know how they operate..have a nice day.
