Motorola V551 / V330 / V547 / V555 / V557
very dim backlight on 7 and 9 keys
On the keypad on my v551 the 7 and 9 keys are extremely dim. I called offshore Motorola and they said it shouldn't be that way but when I went into the store where I bought it a week ago they pulled out another with the same weak backlighting. And indicated that they had seen the same problem, or design flaw in the ones they had been selling lately.
Is this a common issue with these handsets?
Bad batch?
Can't be wear and tear as its brand new.
