Is it possible to put a photo on the outer display? If so, how is that done? -Lorna

Its pretty easy.

1- Go to Settings in the main menu
2- Choose Mini-display settings
3- Choose Wallpaper
4- Choose Select Wallpaper
5- Go into your Images folder (which is where your photos should be)
6- Choose a photo (preferably a light colored one, so dat the text on the outside display will still show up)
7- Select Options
8- Select Set as wallpaper

Not too hard. Seriously Lorna, jus' mess around wit' your phone a little.. you'll discover that most things are pretty intuitive, at least wit' the Nokia UI. 🙂

And all this while I have household t...

Actually, is it the same procedure if I want to put not a photo, but a color gradient? Well, but the main problem is that after I uploaded the color gradient file I could not FIND it in my 6256i. Believe me, I clicked onto all boxes in the GALLERY folder! -Lorna

WITH YOUR HELP, I DID IT! THANKS! I understand all of the steps, but I never did them in the exact ORDER that you so kindly listed (and which I printed out), step-by-step, for me, and now...
