Hi- I like my Treo 650 but the reception and drop calls are frustratin. So- will this phone really have the capabilities that the Palm OS provides with syncing the calendar (only to outlook?- how about palm desktop, or iCal) contacts, pop email, web and still have the reception that everyone claims- It seems to be a no brainer to change to the 6256i if the functionality of the phone is what the threads seem to state. Any thoughts or comparisons? Thanks!! 🙂 P.S. ANy idea when Verizon will be offering the phone?

Thanks- many of the problems that you detail with the verizon 650 are exactly the same problems that I have had and I am on my 2nd 650 because the first one got fried when trying to update the software. The second one I have not tried to update, fear that the same thing would happen. Looking forward to trying to make my mind up about the expense of going to yet another phone manufacturer- I had the v710 as well and found the quality the same as your comments.Never a comfortable phone.
