Motorola webchat phone support? what a joke !!
So, i went to Motorola's website to see if i could lodge a complaint about the design flaws/software issues that i have experienced (as well as a few of you) with the Droid X. i logged on to the tech support web-chat application, and below is the transcript of the discussion. I can't believe that they not only deflected answering the questions, but they were completely dismissive !!
i guess the customer is never "right" !!
i post this transcript for you to laugh, and possibly embarrass Motorola's tech support management into addressing very real flaws with the phone.

You did make some very good points there though. I was considering a DROID X but the privacy issue is just too much for me.
They didn't say that I couldn't direct sync/transfer with my computer at the phone store.
This is ABSOLUTLY a deal breaker for me! I guess I'll stick with my iphone for awhile longer until something better than this comes out.
