Like many, I continue to drop calls or lose signal with the Tour (Sprint). I've read where others are experiencing this issue as well. I'm using OS 4.7.1.40. Some have said an OS update when available should fix this. Others have said its a Sprint network issues. Would anyone like to clarify or add? Highly frustrating when you are on a call and have to call back 4 times in 2 minutes to finish a conversation. Thanks for the help.

I had the same problem with my Verizon Tour. Dropped 2 calls in 2 days. With my Curve I cannot remember the last time I dropped a call. Also, the signal strength of the Tour is poor. I returned mine and went back to the Curve.

I recently joined Sprint, and started with the new Instinct 2, but not one for everything being touch screen, so I exchanged it for the Blackberry Tour. I love the Blackberry as I always had Blackberries when I was with TMobile. However, the Tour is liable to get thrown. I have CONSTANT dropped calls EACH and EVERY day. It's so frustrating. I NEVER had dropped calls when I was with TMobile. I switched for the plans and pricing, but now I am paying for services I can't sucessfully use. Does Sprint plan on correcting this error, EVER????

Could be either one or the other or both. Having played around with a lot of different 4.7 Storm OS's over the last year, people had found variations in the quality of the radio files. Some were great, others were poor.

There of course could be network rela...
