HTC Touch (CDMA) / XV6900
Getting new Htc Touch
And just wanted to know what should i change or mod out?.
I have never owned a smartphone/pda/blackberry etc and realy dont know where to start.
Im coming from a lg Muziq and from the lg Fusic before that.Im realy concerned that my music will not play (i import alot of music from records thru my stereo reciever to my PC with Nero 8 and have a hard time with my current phone the Muziq to recocgnize it coz of damm sprint music stor player) and just wonderring if i can delete sprint music store or bypass it with my mp3s to play on windows media player.Also where to go and how to download/work the 3rd party apps for the touch.
Realy wanting to master this phone and all its potential.

the music store app on the touch will play the same file types as the flip phones. If you have WMA files, you should be able to play those in windows media player.
As for custom apps, I recommend TouchPal for sure. I think it's even better than a hardware qwerty keyboard. Check out the "secret apps..." thread in this touch forum for a bunch more cool apps.
