I called 611 and they told me that was part of the PDA Sync package which is included with all the pda data plans. Anyone know for sure if that's true?

The pda sms 2000 feature is only for those customer who are connecting there pda directly with microsoft exchange server

I just got my Moto Q black phone and activated this. The Verizon rep said to me "I have no idea what this plan is". I told her the PDA SMS 200 Plan. She put me on hold and added it to my account. It appears that Verizon Wireless is playing dumb, with hope that people pay for a text plan. Be sure to insist on this and you will get it added.
