Motorola SLVR L7

Hi,

I reflash my L7 LeaderGL-Flex editor and now my phone no boots.

Is it possible to boot it up in safe mode or reflash it in modem mode?

I just got an L7, which I really like, but it rolls over to voicemail after about only three rings. I haven't been able to find the feature to adjust this anywhere. Anyone know how to do this?

Okay on my SLVR the short cut screen (when you hit the directional buttton)is always on screen. On my old phone you would have to hit a directional key for the short cut thing to come up. Can someone help me get it off?

I got my unlocked slvr from Europe...
i have a few questions,
1)can i use any usb cable to transfer pics from computer to phone or do i need a Motorola cable.
2)Since the charger is European all i need is an outlet adapter and it should work right?

I was just wondering if anyone has this phone unlocked with T-Mobile Service? My friend just bought this phone off of ebay unlocked and was told she can use it with T-Mobile service. I am not familiar with unlocked phones, so I was just wondering how well it works? Any help would be appreciated..Thanks.

I recently upgraded my memory card from 512k to 1G. Radio Shack workers told me that I could transfer all my files that I had installed on the 512 card to the 1G card using a reader and the data cord...I put my old card in the reader and connected it to the USB port. I then connected the phone to the computer using the USB cable. I copy and pasted everything from one to the other. All my music is there (big deal) but my 2 games and my brain challenge program all say "license has expired" when i click on the icon??!?!
I didn't pay a lot of money for them but $35 bucks is $35 bucks...how can i get my installed software onto the new card?

I just got a refurb go phone SLVR L7 for my spouse and I am using her other cingular sim card instead of the go phone one. The phone worked for maybe a day, but kept freezing.. and now it won't even stay on for more than a minute.

Its fully charged, i turn it on, and then a minute later its off - and it won't turn back on using the power button. I'll have to take the battery out and then it'll turn on but then turns back off again.

Anyone here experiencing the same issue? If so how did you fix it? I'll probably send it back to get it replaced, but they are on back order now and its not really a good gift if you don't really have it. Please advise.

I'm trying to copy a bunch of pics from my SLVR to my PC. All the pics on the memory card copied fine but I can't figure out how to copy the pics that are saved to the phone, or how to move them to the memory card. Is this possible? I've got a ton of my wife's pics that I copied from her defective RAZR before sending it back that I don't want.

i just bought SLVR(CDMA) and i used to have V710.
i searched this forum and i found out that i can use Motorola Phone Tools for SLVR, but required to set it as GSM V3(Razr). so im also tryin to set as V3 on my Moto phone tools, it keeps saying "Communication port anavailavle". on the cell phone image.
i used to have this problem with my V710 too.

do i plug USB first? or you start the Moto phone tool program first and connect the USB?

How do I get my photos from my phone to my PC using a USB cable?

I found a file that only had 7 files but they were unreadable. I was in iTunes. Should I be in outlook?

I found the folders but most every one was empty and the ones that were not were file type unknown.

Q1. In my MOTO L7 phone (under settings, Phone Status, Software updates) they put software updates for the phone. When I click on it its says no updates available. My question is why did the put a software up date in this phone when there no updates 4 it??

Q2.BLuetooth for the L7. Everytime i have my phone bluetooth to the MOTO HS820 (h500 works ok but not this problem) is seems to disconnected and when i tired to reconnected it its saids i have to restart my phone. I never had this problem b4 until now. Is it the Headset thats messed up or is it the phone bluetooth messed up??

Alright, so I just got my new SLVR yesterday, and I can put songs and whatnot on my phone, but I don't think my phone came with I-tunes on it. Is there any possible way for me to manually put I-tunes on it?

about once a day my l7 decides to freeze up on me. i will have to take the battery out to reset it, or sometimes it will turn white and reset itself. I tryied a master reset and it did no help at all. I love this fone so much and would hate to see it go. Is there anything i can do so it doesnt freeze?

i have slvr straight from motorola, it doesn't have itunes but it still has an mp3 player on it, when i use the "phone tool" software it came with, it won't let me download most of my songs even though they're all the same format.
i have my songs in windows format.

can anyone help me with this problem?

ok so I have an unlocked slvr...no Itunes...it has its own music player...but halo fht emp3's I put on the phone play for about 2o seconds then say invaild file type...but i know there are all mp3s. can any one help me out with what the problem is?

So I bought my phone on ebay supposedly brand new. I am questioning that only because of the ringstone that came preloaded on my phone (a few good technoish ones.) Anyone have like "dancefloor" or hyperactive ones on their phone?

When I plug my phone into the computer via USB it will show up on my desktop but it will not show up under iTunes under devices at all. I have tried everything you could possible do, reformatting and connection is on the memory card setting and all that and it's still not working. I even have a Mac.

Any new ideas on what I can do? Should I install the CD, maybe that would help?

My video iPod shows up right away in iTunes...

I can't seem to be able to put more then one number under a contact. Every time I add a number to a contact it just puts two contacts in my list one for each number.

Any help would be greatly appriciated because this is really making my list a lot longer then it needs to be.

Other than the internet problem with your unlocked Motorola SLVR L7, have you encountered any other significant problems with this phone? On the Cingular website are you talking about the "Accessing the browser settings on the Motorola SLVR L7” article for programming? Did you try the “Access/configure browser/internet settings”, the instructions are as follows, When the settings have been received the handset will display the following message 1 New Browser Message.
1. On the handset, press Read.
