30 Days For A Refund Check?
I sent a few emails to the Settlement Advisor and they replied promptly up until the point where they said:
06/01/20006 Settlement Advisor said:
Due to the high value of your refund the check/claim had to be pulled for a final QC however we do expect to mail the check shortly.
It is now 47 days and they won't respond to my email inquiries. Anyone have a phone number or something that I can call instead of emailing?

Lost my v710 before the settlement... am I SOL?
Am I screwed? Verizon has on record that I purchased the phone, isn't that good enough?
2 phones(710+other) ne2 and exchange...Advise please!
I was hoping to use the Ne2 to replace my wife's Samsung, and use the v710 exchange to take care of my phone. It seems that it can only be used one way on the other.
Does anyone have a strategy to get out of this pickle? I am thinking I should change my plan, make the Samsung the primary, then do the NE2 on the Samsung ,so I can save the v71O for the exchange.
Will this violate any rules or screw up the NE2?

Weird "Server SQL" errors
"An error has occured during the processing of your request" errors.
Gettting booted back to the beginning after making selections.
Pages "hanging" on load.
Pages reloading as if a selection wasn't made (when it was).
Getting booted to the "standard" VZW page ("Please enter your ZIP code/Promotional Code") after clicking "accept" for the TOS.
Getting stuck at "processing transaction" for 45 minutes after ALMOST making it all the way through.
I'm assuming I can tack $50 per-hour onto my settlement claim for this?
Sorry... I just needed to vent!

What accessories are returnable?
(something else that escapes me)
It mentioned nothing about bluetooth headsets. But, I'm reading here that you can return any accessory as long as you have a receipt. Is this really true?
710 swap possible at Verizon Store ?
I'm in the group that has to have the 710s in Verizon's hands by June 13 but I'm curious to see if they release the V3M on the first of the month. But that doesn't give me much turnaround time to receive the phone and return the v710 by the deadline. The safer way would be to do it onsite all at once.
Is it possible to do the swap at a store?
Do they make it difficult purposely?
Im not even sure what my options are, since I bought a new phone already. Im actually considering just keeping the phone as a backup incase I lose or break my v3c. This way i can just avoid the headache of all the paperwork and the limited options.
Maybe I dont know enough about it and I am just jumping to conclusions - tell me if Im wrong.

Does anybody have a:
1. phone number
2. email address
3. snail mail address
that I can use to contact somebody. I definitely do not want my V710.

The form said that the refund will be sent out within 30 days of the receipt of phone. My phone was received by the Settlement Administrator way back in mid-April, but I haven't gotten anything back yet.
