Lost my v710 before the settlement... am I SOL?

May 31, 2006, 1:17 AM
Almost 8 months ago I lost my v710 on the Mattahorn in Disneyland. I thought I was fine because I had insurance, but I found out it was only on the master account of my family share plan. Now, I have this v710 settlement letter sitting my desk with potential money that I could collect, buuuuuut I don't have the phone....

Am I screwed? Verizon has on record that I purchased the phone, isn't that good enough?

No phone, No credit. Very clear in the instructions that a V710 must be returned for credit.
Go buy one cheap on ebay? Smile

M3PO, that's a great suggestion, and I would second it.
Spend $20 to get $300!

Be careful before you spend your money. Settlement admin said that the phone must be the one that was on your account. I'd hate to see you waste your money....even if it is only $20.
