A lot of questions...

I saw this phone on ebay and look very appealing. I am about to ask many questions that I hope can be answered.

1. The phone is unlocked. Cingular will def. work as long as I put my SIM card in the phone?

2. How many songs can the phone hold?

3. Do I need some kind of special service to listen to the FM radio? Is it free of charge?

4. To access my optimum online account do I need some kind special service or is it free?

5. I have the $29.99 plan with Cingular. Will I be able to use the phone to its fullest extent?

AOL IM

I saw a user review that said the 3300 does not support AOL im. Yes and no... the ORIGINAL 3300 mp3 phone did NOT have the AOL IM feature. They rereleased the phone along with the 3595 and they do have the feature. You can access the buddy list and everything. pretty cool. FYI. Also MOST of the nokia phones currently offered by cingular also include AOL IM. 3595/1100/3100/3200/3300 etc. The new lg's and sony ericssons do to. I would look into these phones before you get into a sidekick( these phones are very cool but have a reputation for falling apart.
