Motorola KRZR K1m

I ordered the bodyglove for this phone, becuase I drop phones like it's going out of style. They sent me a confirm with an order number to my email, they said they will charge my credit card when the item is shipped. Over a week later and no phone case or charge to my credit card even (thank god).

The customer service number they provide is a voicemail that sounds like it was recorded in a public bathroom and they never call back.

I know in 2 years my body glove will be shipped and m credit card charged. Any ideas where to get a case that fits properly?

So I've had my KRZR less than one week and one morning my front screen went dim. I'm now unable to see the picture clearly on the front as well as unable to use the camera when my phone is closed because its too dark to make anything out. Is there a setting I accidentally changed or did I receive a bad egg? ☹️

Anyone have the scoop as to if this guy will be able to do Telenav or Garmin??

i just bought a KRZR yesterday and already im noticing a few things about it that seem a bit off.

first off, the phone seems to be incredibly slow, or at least compared to my old kyocera kx2. the menus take more time than should be neccesary. loading a newly recieved text message, for instance takes at least 2-4 seconds for the message to load.

the other problem im encountering is with the t9 text entry mode. i have only used eZi in the past, so i dont know exactly how it works, but i dont think my phones t9 is working correctly. it does not automatically create the apostrophe in compounded words (i end up with a period unless i manually change it to an apostrophe), nor is it seemingly allowing me to enter new words into the database. ...

I have gone through and through these forums and tried "tmp"'s method. It doesn't work for me. I was able to save the mp3 when I relied to the email but only as a sound. Not as a ringtone.

If you have had success with other methods, I would greatly appreciate any insight.

I have the K1m, purchased through Verizon a little over a week ago. Love the phone itself - so this isn't a dealbreaker. But it just seems a shame to not be able to use my own mp3's as ringtones if I wish.

Just noticed that the my events set to occur after the Daylight Savings switch this past weekend were moved an hour earlier (instead of staying at the time I had intended when entering the events).

Add that to the list of Verizon OS calendar problems.

i got the krzr k1m and aside from the HORRIBLE VZW UI, its a pretty good phone.. i have the usb cable that connects my phone to my computer. now how would i be able to sync my phone to my computer so that i can transfer calander and phonebook with outlook or other programs???? please help

I want to get a bluetooth headset for my KRZR.
I am thinking of the Jabra BT350 or Plantronics 320.
Anyone have any experience with these or have any other recommendations?
How is it to use one of these headseets if you wear glasses?

I Need Opinions People. Now That The RAZR V3M Is Available Buy Sprint Do I Go Ahead And Buy It Or Do I Wait For The KRZR To Come Out?

I really wanted a smart phone for my calendar. I wanted to sync it from my computer calendar ( I am currently using Yahoo).

Only problem is I fell in love with the KRZR (Verizon). Is there a way to update the internal KRZR calendar? I have access to both Macs and PCs.

Also I remember coming across third party software which would be a stand alone but lost the link.

I also tried the to access my calendar though the phone Internet but it was very clumsy.

Any ideas??

Ok, I just purchased a spare battery from Verizon (V325) for my K1M. I have no place to charge it. Does anyone know of a "desk" charger that will work?

i am having a hard time replaying the voice notes i recorded using the voice recorder. i check the volume and mute buttons. it still rings fine and the alarm sounds. even the key tones sound fine. any suggestions? anyway to soft reset the phone? i even pulled the battery out and still no sound. help...

I wonder if anybody is having this issue. The voice rec doesn't have a voice training capability, so it doesn't get it right once in a while. But more annoying, it almost always gets the command wrong when going through my blue tooth headset. I like to use the feature while I'm driving and am frustrated since the feature is useless to me. I'm using a moto H500 headset. Any suggestions? 🙄

is there a master reset or a soft reset for the phone?

i've been using the "tmp method" for getting ringtones, but it doesn't seem to be a way to erase them. anybody know how to delete them, or if they're able to be deleted?

Is there any reason i cant just buy the cheap car charger from walmart for way cheaper? Or is it bad for the phone?

Has anyone been able to get the usb drivers for this phone yet.

i have a mint LG VX8500 with OEM extended battery, box, manuals, belt clip, data cable!! just wondering if anybody wants to trade
