How about the difference in memory (64MB on the SMT 5600 to 8MB on the 6682)?
The HTC 2125 is going to come out soon and it'll have the same feature set as the 6682 (1MP camera, EDGE, improved resolution) so I'm wondering if the memory should be a significant factor in my decision making process.

the 8mb is built in mem so it doesnt matter since u can expand to 1gig soon..right now im runnin 512mb card

I mentioned the memory not because I was worried about space rather, my ability to have more than one application open at a time and the speed of the looking through the menu(s).
Is that even the way the built in memory works?

hmmm good question...not sure...if u think about it....the built in mem in the phone is like the hard drive and theres gotta be something else thats like the memory in a PC

Yes, it's coming. It will have most of the upgrades you'd expect, like EDGE, a memory card slot, and a music player.
It won't be out until next year, though. You know it will be a while because T-Mobile is just now introducing all these special edition SKIIs... they wouldn't do that if the real new one was just around the corner.

You serious? a music Player and a memory card slot? Wow. Finally they understand where we are coming from. I hope it will be EDGE class 6, 8 or 10, and have bluetooth. But, also not too expensive.
