Ok, so we agree they are in most ways identical. Both are cloud storage. Both require a (Microsoft / Google) account. Both have the ability to share and collaborate on projects. Both offer a free suite of office web apps (Office / GDocs).
Basically what you're saying is, more people use Google, so no one should ever use anything else? Because that's a really lame argument. Cool that they give you a TB of space for using Fiber (and super lucky you that you're in one of the immensely limited locations that's even possible). I don't even know what I'm going to do with 130GB of free OneDrive space I currently have, but its nice that its there all the same.
As to your question, why would anyone use it over GDrive? Well, I mean I still use both (and Dropbox), but I prefer OneDrive for (as I said earlier) the cleaner simpler and (personally) more intuitive interface. Kind of the same reason I'm migrating my email over to Outlook from GMail. Google's services have just been a hassle lately and I see no compelling reason to stay.
Note, I'm not trying to convince you to switch or anything, just pointing out that updates to useful software that many people use is a good thing, even without a majority marketshare. :)

They are not bad products. But the value you get for them is nothing more than name brand. Beats is well marketed but It is just name brand. Paying almost $100 dollars for ear buds and $300 for over the ear? No, sorry I am not biting. I tried beats products and they are not impressive espically with a $300 price tag.
NOTE:
I have paid for quality headphone with my sony headphones that have lasted me for a good while. But beats headphones are not worth 300
