Yet another great account note
Customer came in demanding I pull up account without account owners information, I could smell alcohol on his breath. Explained to him why I needed it and he called and screamed at his wife on the phone to get the information. Customer stated he hated his current phone (ENV 3) and that the software reflashes at the mall hadn't worked. He also stated he didn't want any phone like his or any phone without a keyboard. Once I looked at account I explained that he was going to have to pay the full retail cost of the phone since no lines were eligible for an upgrade. He said no problem " I don't care what I have to pay just get rid of this phone" So I asked what he wanted and he said email, text, internet and phone calls. So I suggested a blackberry and he said what changes to the account to I have to make. He was currently on Premium plan so I did the math for him and showed him that it would be the same monthly cost if he switched to a blackberry. He is cool with this. Go to the floor to go over pricing and choose a model blackberry. I showed him the tour and the price at full retail and he became Irrate. Telling me that a four year old could tell that I was " F$%&ing him in the A#$" and that " He was a g#$%^%n firefighter and I needed to do something" I again explained that this was the pricing that he would recieve because he wasn't able to upgrade. Again he was irrate and said " I was offering no service and was good for nothing" At this point I had had enough and told him that it seemed I couldn't help him and to please leave the store. He asked for my card and I gladly gave it to him.

Another Note To Customers
Impationants gets one in trouble, and causes people to be on edge really quick. If one can learn things are not instantainaus, then, a reps life will be easier, but you get some (i hate to say it this way) idiots, that are not willing to wait 90 seconds, and that makes life hard.
Please do not be a jerk and expect sopme things right away, as systems sometimes are slow, or variables come up.
Also, please reamin professional durring that time.....

Breaks my heart. I love this country the ideology of making your own way in life that whatever you can work and achieve, you can aspire to do.

I've taken calls from women who sound like men and I accidentally call them "SIR" for the majority of the call. Try being a supervisor attempting to calm them down because the rep couldn't refrain from calling her "SIR" either...
Yeah... mainly why I don't work in a call center anymore. But I got plenty of stories!
GOT THE SHAFT FROM THE STORE
I ordered mine on line and based on the apple letter that was posted on the APPLE site it stated the following: As a reminder, if you are not fully satisfied, you can return your undamaged iPhone to any Apple Retail Store or the online Apple Store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund". :)
Hey great so I go to the store and NOW they tell me that they do not except on line returns even though the website stated the complete opposite. So I showed them the apple letter and they got tongue tied and still said that it was their policy that they can only take in store purchases.
Not only did they screw up on the reception issue for the phone they cant even communicate the fact that the stores should be taking the phones even if ordered on line.
So I ended up sending it back via FEDEX and will be waiting for my full refund (not being charged the 10%) restocking fee. :twisted: :twisted:
