Re: NOTE TO CUSTOMERS:
Ummm sorry but your excuse is bunk. You don't charge for those services and in fact if they reported you to corporate you would be in big trouble.
Plus all those services you said take you maybe 20-30 mins which isn't worth the extra $100-200 they would pay in your store.
On another note....
I'm in great disagreement with what kiki_kaluah has to say because (she?) doesn't like Toast with butter AND jelly.
Re: On another note....

In the customer's defense if the corp stores didn't sell the phones for so damn much our customers wouldn't buy them from third party stores.
Sadly since you are employeed by your respective mobile company (mine being AT&T) I am required to help the customers even if it is a complete waste of my time.
unfortunately for me, i AM from a third party store - premium retailer - and our prices are just as low as costco but we actually know what customer service is.

Re: NOTE TO CUSTOMERS:
an agent can charge whatever they want for services like phonebook transfers and tutorials.
My time is not free. Agents (especially indirect ones) do not get paid enough to work for free, and every minute I spend with a customer who bought their phone elseware is a minute I cannot spend trying to sell a phone to another customer in my store.
