lol.. touch it.. the sk2 was junk.. every piece of it is very easily broken.. at least the got a real keyboard on this one and not that glued on rubber mess.. =o)
as far as alarms, theyve been there since the first sk.. go to calendar and set an event.. u can make it repeat daily, weekly, bi-weekly, yearly, any number of combinations.. turn on the reminder and theres your alarm... very simple, very effective

If people paid $300 for the last one, then TMo knows they'll pay $300 for this one. I did; the keyboard layout is the best there is, and the OS is simple and easy to understand. It does everythig I need (messaging) very well, and the other stuff is just fluff to me. The phone quality is acceptable, and now with bluetooth my main complaint is resolved. $300 is cheap compared to other devices with such great all-around messaging abilities. I don't think it was too expensive, in the messaging phone context. But you hit the nail on the head exactly: if the sk3 had ALL of the things you wanted, there would be zero reason to get the SK4 when it comes along. TMo is not our buddy, it is big business, with shrewd marketing tactics. They know what they're doing -- it's good business, and everyone else is doing the same thing. Technology becomes obsolete so fast. If they set the bar too high, they would have to do so much more to compete with themselves later on. If you think about it, millions of product makeovers are much less impressive than this and we still buy the new thing because we want the one new feature. Don't be mad at TMo for doing what big business does, be mad at the capitalist, consumerist society we live in. That's life in the big city. :wink:

ya so i got it already and using it now too..the flip part feels kinds cheap, hope it doesnt break. but i added the insurance just incase..lol
but it definetly alot smaller then sk2!

umm...can someone please answer my question...does the sk3 have zoom?..i hated the look of the sk2..and i currently have sprint..and i am very happy with my service but im think bout getting the sk3 on prepaid...just for IMS though..but $400?...are they serious?
