Has anyone heard about a new iphone coming out soon? Heard a rumor and am planning on buying one but will wait if updated one is coming...

I currently am a Verizon customer and travel about half of the month throughout the entire US. Verizon consistently has the best coverage in most areas. Now, here is my dilemma.

I want a Blackberry. Not the old (clunky) BlackBerry but the new 7100 series BlackBerry. I would have the best of both worlds, being able to use this device as a phone and also being able to retrieve my email (pushed). I know that the 7100 series currently offered is GSM and will not work on the Verizon network. For that reason, I am tempted to switch to Cingular and buy a 7100G. What I really want to know is there a 7100 series or another Blackberry on the horizon that I should wait for. I really don’t want to switch carriers and am willing to wait a few months, ...

When is the palm pre going to be released?? June is what everybody is saying but who would know better?? I will be switching from my BB Bold as soon as it comes out.

Has anyone heard this? My boyfreind said that there have been talks of this and I don't believe him.

Does anyone know when the BB 8900 will be avaliable at AT&T? I really need to upgrade my phone and just wondering how long AT&T is going to milk their current BB's before they release the 8900.

I call frequent numbers in the UK and I am connected to a phoney recording that is supposed to make you think that a person has answered the phone. It goes like this:

Hello? (pause) yeah, hold on. (pause) PHONE!! (Then the caller waits for the person to get the phone. There are background noises such as a television set and a barking dog. It goes on forever. And if you stay on there, you will continue to hear a fake domestic scene with someone yelling and that dog continuing to bark, etc)

Just what I heard from Darren who works for a carpet cleaning company but has lots of stock in Palm right now.

Alert Cellular aka The Mobile Store is one of the T-Mobile Exclusive Dealer.. means that there Kiosk and stores are T-Mobile Corp Retail Lookalikes. The Owner Mr. Eseke was a Drug Addict along with few employees that works under his belt was in Rehab with him. July of 2007 Alert Cellular Filed Chapter 11 and finaly the company is out of Chapter 11 .. Please meet Dave Eseke ... he has alot of Crazy stories to share with you . How he lost his wife and family a few times due to his addiction .. So I read via engadget that t-mobile uk will have to either merge with another wireless provider to stay afloat....which makes me wonder about the future of t-mobile USA.....thoughts?

Interesting rumor:

Sprint raised there admin fees from 75 to 95 cents, which is a violation of their Terms of Agreement, therfore grounds for termination with no ETF.

Can anyone verify this? Have heard anecdotal evidence of several corporate customers that have taken advantage of this.

I've been trying to find out if the Omnia/Omnia HD had sms text threading. If looked around but have not found anything. If anyone knows letting me know would be great but even better would be a screen shot!
