Huh? What Network?
Ok, so I brought my number to Verizon from T-Mo. Even the calls were clearer on T-Mo, I guess I'm still to make a decision (10 days left on 14 day trail period) Anyway, I just tried to call customer service in order to make a few changes (that can't be done on website) but customer service is closed. 😲 Closed??? 😲
What ever happened to: "we never stop working for you!" It was a shocker when I got that recording asking me to call back during Vzw business hrs.
I guess those guys that work on the "network" need some sleep to. 😎
If things don't work out with Vz (I dropped my first call made at home) I might try Cingular. My sister has nothing but good things to say about Cingy. Well, I now wonder if Cingy has 24 hr cust service? hmmmm...

I know Verizon has 24 hour technical support that can assist with problems and such. But, to make account changes such as switching your rate plan, etc. must be done during their business hours which are about 16 hours a day.

sprint has 24/7 customer service, but the problem is that at 4 am, there are no call centers in the us that open...so you get some pakistani named "david"

I left VZW back in August. I went to a GSM carrier. Shortly after leaving, with my last bill Vz sent me a "sorry you're leaving" letter. In this letter they talked about how big and good their network is and blah blah... a little further down in this letter it implied that after trying other carriers they were pretty sure I'd come back.
Well, I haven't. I'm very happy with Cingular. I'm happier than the 1st time I tried Cingular (when they first rolled out GSM) Anyway, it's been almost 4 months since I left, so I got another letter. This one is a "ch...
