New Phone - Terrible Rate Change Plan

Alltel will begin selling the LG LX5450 picture phone tomorrow, and I've waited a while for Alltel to come out with a picture phone. I've always paid full price for phones so I wouldn't have to sign a contract but now there telling me that I'll have to sign up for a yr just to "CHANGE MY PLAN" what kind of **** is that. They said reason being all the new incentives they have now Unlimited Night and Weekends, Unlimited Mobile to Mobile, Unlimited Frequent Number, Number Portablity, and now all plans feature no Long Distance Across the US. If anyone ...

Back Door Voicemail Numbers

I live in Ohio, and Alltel has 3 numbers that you can call from a landline and leave an alltel customer a voicemail without calling their phone. I know 2 out of the 3, but I need that 3rd number to leave a message for someone who has a mansfield ohio market phone number, and that is the number I need.
Can anyone help me?
