Alltels Push-To-Talk service branded "Touch 2 Talk" will launch Wednesday January 21st. The only phone Alltel has at this time to use the service is the Kyocera 3250, a nonflip color screen phone. The January 21st launch will be MAJOR MARKETS ONLY, the other markets will follow suit in March.
