Does anyone know when this phone is coming out??

I noticed that the price varies throughout the country. For example, the vx6000 is $150 in florida, plus the $50 rebate. In NJ, where I am at, it is still $199, plus the rebate. Why is that?

Is it true that the SCH-a610 will have no 2nd display? Why? I understand that it can swivel, but why no 2nd display? That is one of my favorite features.

Just curious as to what state you are in? I am assuming that you work for Verizon, or you are just an extremely dedicated customer.

Just thought i'd let you all know that you can now get the SPH-i600 from Verizon's site. It just came up for me this morning. The Price is 549.99 with a 2year contract. No rebate.

The lower end models have all dropped in price. Cheapest phone is now $19.99.

The Nokia 3589i is now $49.99 with no rebate. I think this will help verizon corner the lower end market.

The rest of the phones prices have stayed the same...unless they will drop later.

I heard that the VX6000 will price drop...it was supposed to happen when the i600 launched...but it didn't. Any one know why?

Anyways, coming up on the 15th, its my birthday. I'm getting a new phone for my birthday. I want to get the VX6000...but, is there going to be a price drop soon? (Currently 199-50 mir). I was just wondering if anyone can shed any light.

Also, should i even upgrade right now? or should i wait? I want a flip phone with camera. I'm also not interested in the new PDA/Flip type phone, heh.

Does anyone know when the LG VX-4500 is coming out?

So I have my Startac, which is great, but it's a little dated. I'm eligible for a free phone upgrade, but none of the phones really strike my fancy. About 6 months ago I tried the LG VX2000 - what a piece of junk phone that was. I thought about the LG VX3100, but since it's digital only, I'm concerned about coverage in fringe areas (I live about 30 miles north of NYC) other than that it looks like a decent phone. I was going to go with the LG VX10, but it's since been discontinued. I don't need color, or a camera, I just want a basic *phone*. Any recommendations? The selection is pretty thin, and I don't know if there are any plans for non-color phones to come out anytime soon :/

This is a dumb questions, but the only diff. between the LG-VX3100 and LG VX3100L is that one is in black and the other is silver, correct? (And the the black one is $30 more...)

Thanks for your feedback on the lg vs. the samsung. What about the motorola t730 v. the lx6000? I swore I'd never get anothe motorola, after all the problems I've had with my v60i and its battery life/batter charger.
