I cannot believe Sprint actually has taken on a competitor head on! I'm loving this. BlackBerry Tour releasing on July 12th! A mainstream phone, without plan limitations, that has some excitement attached to it.

I had a quick question for a Sprint Rep or someone in the know. My Palm Centro has been having issue lately rebooting. After a few troubleshooting sessions with the Advance tech support the guy said he would send me another phone and I will send my old phone in.

I was just wondering will this exchange effect my $150 upgrade rebate? As I'm eligible to receive $150 off a new phone on October 1st.

Anyone know if there are any sprint phones that do individual contact text alerts? like a different text tone for each contact.. like how you can set ringtones for differnt people.

i have an old sanyo RL7300 & MM5600, i have the datacable but i need to know what software to use to upload my games, ringtones, pix, & phonebook from the 7300 to the 5600, any recommendations would be appreciated. i know they are both ancient phones, but they do what i need, so please not too many jokes.

I can't put this thing down! Wow, what a device! This coming for someone who thought that only a newer iPhone could be better than an iPhone. Well, the Pre is what the iPhone lays in bed at night, dreaming it could be.

Yes, the keyboard is not like a BlackBerry one, but it works. The 3G speed is FAST...I will race Bill Kurtis and his at&t "3G" any day. Call quality is great, the display is awesome, and it is sooooo easy to use.

How do you get everything to sync together. I have facebook, outlook and gmail on my phone but it doesn't show pictures for friends from facebook or anything. Does anyone know how to change this? Thanks for your help!

I called about info about an phone upgrade. I was given acct information that I already had. I was put on hold for 5min when I asked about a recent new phone - samsung m550. I was put on hold for 10min when I asked when it would be released since I thought it had been released june 6th.

I have been a customer for 10 years. Each time I interact w/ Sprint customer service, the service is getting worse. When I am about to renew a contract, I should be able to get the information I need for my new phone. Or, I can become somebody else's customer. The sales staff do not have the information they need to assist me.

I have a serious question. I'm wondering why there are so many trolls on the Sprint forum? I don't usually bother to even glance at other carriers' forums, and when I do, its not to bash they other carrier (although there are many instances to do so) but simply more for information.
So what is it about Sprint that certain people feel the need to come into a forum with nothing to offer. Are their lives really that pathetic? I come on here while I'm at work, and then only sporadically. Otherwise, I've got too many other more important and more enjoyable things to do than hang out on an internet forum.

I just got my pre and the wireless hotspot device and something that i found that's pretty neat is that i can put my hotspot in my car and connect to it from the pre and go onto pandora....all while taking my 45 minute drive to work. I hook it up to my car stereo so it's my own personal radio station.
What makes it even better is if i get a call while listening to the music it stops and i can take the call.
On my previous phone when i was on the internet all the calls got forwarded to voicemail so i had no idea anybody called till I got off and had the alert.
