Trolls
I have a serious question. I'm wondering why there are so many trolls on the Sprint forum? I don't usually bother to even glance at other carriers' forums, and when I do, its not to bash they other carrier (although there are many instances to do so) but simply more for information.
So what is it about Sprint that certain people feel the need to come into a forum with nothing to offer. Are their lives really that pathetic? I come on here while I'm at work, and then only sporadically. Otherwise, I've got too many other more important and more enjoyable things to do than hang out on an internet forum.

He didn't call anyone a loser. He's simply wondering why most topics on the Sprint forum result in a presence of trolls and flame wars. A forum is typically a good place to come and find information about the products and/or services that are mentioned. However, there are a lot of trolls in this forum. He's just stating the obvious.
So you're saying that because Sprint has made some questionable business move...

Who said that? If you think that sprint terrible past performance of God awful customer service has not lead to their current pitiful performance than that is living in denial. It's the hyper sensitive people that call others trolls that are to attached to ones carrier. I like Sprint but they've sucked in many ways to cause their poor reputation. Troll

These forums are designed to help wireless users exchange information and tips with one another, not provide a pulpit for disgruntled ex-customers to preach with endless posts that convey their negative feelings toward a specific carrier.

I don't really get it either. Never have, never will. For some reason, there is a constant debate as to who the best carrier is, who gained/lost the most customers, who has the best coverage and phones, etc. Who cares?!? I have Sprint because I've never had an issue with their coverage, I get a great price and I like their phones. I don't doubt that other carriers are great. I just don't feel the need to bash another carrier just because I'm not a customer.
If I wanted another phone bad enough or I felt the need to switch, I would definitely consider that. I don't hate other carriers because I'm not a fanboy. I simply just want the best carrier that is going to work the best for me. I have better things to do then come on the forum to ...
