Do you Think Sprint will sue??

I was wondering if any of ya'll think Sprint PCS will sue microsoft over the name "Voice Command"? Sprint's Voice recognition option is called "Voice Command" and now Microsoft name thier new voice recognition software "Voice Command".. Isn't that some type of copyright violation or something?? wouldn't Sprint Own the rights to the name "Voice Command"?

New Interactive Tower Maps

Hmmm - is this new? I hadn't seen it before:

http://www.sprint.com/pcsbusiness/coverage/towermaps ... »

This is incredible - it shows EVERY tower and EVERY planned tower. (Not just the ones owned and available for lease like sprintsites.com.) This is awesome!

Taxes

Does anyone play less than $13 bucks in tax with sprint? I have a 49.99 and I pay around $14 in tax. When I had T-mobile I only payed $5. It sucks! 😡

Is Sanyo continuing 6*00 series?

I have a 6200, works great. 6400 wasn't worth changing for. Anything else in the pipeline for these superslim phones?

using phonebook w/ Vision

I'm new to Sprint and need some assistance:

I've been testing some of the Vision-based capabilities (SMS, PCS Mail and Web portals) and couldn't figure out how to access my phonebook. When you're connected to web-based services should you be able to access your Menu and/or Phonebook; and if so, how?

If not, how do you work around this?

Sanyo Vs. Others

Using the diagnostics machine we have in the store, Sanyo out perform any other phone in the U.S. The put out roughly 3-4 RF than other phones, especially Samsung. If you go to Sprint, choose Sanyo, you will not be disapointed.

Sprint to discontinue short text messaging by website.

👿

Messaging Alert
Sprint will discontinue the View and Organize feature for One-Way Messaging and Short Mail from this website beginning on or after the 17th of November.

These changes will not affect your Sprint Phone functionality. Short Mail messages are still accessible from your phone's web browser and any text messages/notifications stored on your phone will not be affected.

This really makes me mad....how come they are discontinuing this and all other cell phone providers are continuing theres??? 😢

cellphone gets warm in use

A few weeks ago, we purchased two Sanyo cellphones (4900 & 8100) and have noticed that during use, especially longer periods of use (20+ min. calls) they get "warm." The warmth is located mostly in the battery but is also noticeable in the screen area. Our previous cellphones (Nokia)didn't do this but they used a different type of battery ... is there anything wrong with our phones or is this "natural" with the newer LiIon type batteries?

Is Sanyo coming with a non-camera phone?

I'm just wondering if Sanyo is going to be coming out with a new, color, non-camera, non-PTT phone any time soon? I want a solid phone with good reception, which I've heard Sanyo rules with. I also am not interested in a camera phone or PTT. Thanks.
