T-Mobile revealed that it is offering a new version of the HTC-made myTouch 3G, which now has a 3.5mm headset jack. The original myTouch 3G had only a USB port for connecting to stereo headphones. The new version of the phone will have an additional 288MB of RAM; it will have Barcode Scanner, Music Player, myAccount and Visual Voicemail applications pre-loaded; and it will also be pre-loaded with Swype technology, which lets users trace letters on the software keyboard to spell words. T-Mobile indicated that the device goes on sale today for $150 with new contract.

that crazy

i just bought my mytouch a week ago and now they say this is comming out and nobody at the store told me anything about it. thats crazy as hell i should take it back and trade in for the new version 😈
You have 14 days to return or exchange. I would do it. But since I work for the company, I can tell you that we are not allowed to talk about upcoming devices unless we are specifically asked. So don't get too mad at whoever sold it to you.
