Walking into the Helio store in Palo Alto, it came to our attention that although we've taken lots of pictures and video of recent Helio handsets, it's been over a year since we've reviewed one in-depth.
The Fin is Helio's first attempt at America's favorite form factor - the flip. It is based on Samsung's Ultra series platform like AT&T's A717 or Sprint's M610, but could a little Helio magic make the Fin stand out the way so many of their other phones do?

Helio today is launching the Fin, Helio's first flip phone. It is based on Samsung's Ultra series clamshell, like Sprint's M610 and AT&T's A717, but even thinner at 11.4 mm and with an upgraded 3 megapixel camera.
A quick look at the Bold N1, an attempt to offer a flagship experience for just $250. Where else will you find a phone for that price with a true all-screen design, pop-up selfie camera, in-display fingerprint reader, and wireless charging?

Google is adding 3D models to its search results, including the option to use AR to display models at actual size in the space around you. At Google I/O today, Google demoed 3D models of the human body, sneakers, and a great white shark.

T-Mobile has started selling the CAT S22 Flip, a unique phone that blurs the line between smartphone and flip phone. The S22 Flip has the size and design of a typical rugged flip phone, but its 2.8-inch main display is a touch screen that provides access to the full Android interface, including third-party Android apps.

Alcatel today announced the Go Flip 3 and SmartFlip, two variants of essentially the same clamshell-style feature phone. The phone runs KaiOS, and for the first time in the US, supports both Google Assistant voice control and the KaiStore for downloading third-party apps such as WhatsApp.

You would think they would be doing whatever they can to get more customers. The employee's at local stores have also commented on losing many new customers because of this confusing high deposit.
which is buying out your current providers termination fee in order to switch to helio. It may not fix the deposit situation, but it at least lessens the cost $200 or so. I have an ocean and I lov...
