VZW #1?

Is the purchasing of Alltel going to put VZW ahead of AT&T in total subscribers?

Well truly there's no way for you or I or anyone else for that matter to know the truth other than the original poster. I simply posted an option for them as something that may or may not be helpful in their situation. Nothing more, nothing less; and I'll leave it at that.

9900 is doing great. Lots of interest, lots of sales and almost all great reviews with the exceptions of a few trolls. My prediction is it will help VZW again add eight times as many net adds as sprint this quarter. Good luck.

My original post was to assist one of your former customers with an option, seeing how they weren't getting any help from sprint. Which was also evident by yours and the other responses. Last time I checked the forum were suppose to be for helping people. So nice response genius.

For my feelings to actually have been hurt I would have first had to believe your mindless outburst and second of all care. It's not that serious buddy.

You're obviously a moron, I'm not the one sitting here defending a cellular company. Have a nice day and don't forget to wear your helmet before you leave the house today.

Seeing how sprint's 1st class customer service can't handle a simple task, you could always port your number to VZW which in effect should cancel your sprint service.

Then why charge different prices for the same size television when they all are capable of getting the same channels? Instead of just posting useless thoughts, try some common sense first. Go out and buy an LG 3400 and tell us if you noice any difference between that and the 8500, 8600, Razr, Krazr, etc. Furthermore come back in a month or two and let us know how the performance on the phone is.

you're probably, right that the impact to most customers will be minimal. it just wouldn't surprise to see a lawsuit out of this knowing the way people view their cell providers as a charity and not what it actually is and that is a SERVICE provider.

People are still gonna cry over this though, customers never care about what they signed; which is the problem.

I feel bad for the CSR who are gonna have to take these calls. First people will whine. Then people will complain. Next they will threaten with the media. And last but not least the class action lawsuit will be filed. I don't know what Cingy's got in their T&C but this has lawsuit written all over it.

So tell me, where do you use your wonderful full web capable phone the most? At home where you can't afford a real computer and internet service? Or maybe you don't want your mom finding all your porn on her computer? What about at work when you get yelled at by your manager for having your laptop hooked up while working the drive through?

I said two simple sentences about Sprint. Never once did I mention Vzw or claim it was perfect. But I guess I can understand why your a little testy seeing how Sprint's data is the ONLY thing it has going for it.

And about Rev A...

The only reason Sprint jumped the gun with their Rev A launch is because they're trying to turn the focus away from their overall horrible performace.

monkeyracer said: T-Mobile has more churn. Sprint is the most profitable because of its data applications. Verizon doesn't allow unlimited data (once you hit a certain limit, you get a nasty letter about it) and they charge for detail bills. Cingular is struggling to keep its legacy TDMA subscribers by forcing them to migrate to GSM, but guess where alot of them are going instead? That covers the top 4 and the bottom 20 or so. You're absolutely right, there should be stiff competition ...

Pointing out painful facts about sprint is defending verizon? Ok, good try though...

Sprint is currently the worst performing company in this industry, period. Jealousy? Hardly. But I'll leave you alone for now (i'm sure i'll see u in the vzw forms anyways, troll) so you can get excited about this meaningless feature and wait and see how Sprint's net adds sky rocket because of it this quarter. Maybe they will be able to add more customers in the entire quarter than Cing and Vzw does in 2 weeks this time.

I love how Cingular claims more people choose them over any other carrier. Anyone want to tell me when the last time they added more customers than VZW was? (exactly) And no I don't consider buying out another company people choosing their service.

Well I think between the two I'll probably go with the 6700 because I like the style a little bit better. But other than those two would anyone recomend anything different? Not really looking for anything in particular, this will be my first PDA.

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts on which is currently the best PDA available from VZW. I am currently looking at the i730 or the vx6700.
